These can include all or whatever services you require, but more often than not are electric, gas, water, government taxes, insurances, etc.
We will initially require your authorisation to allow us to pay third parties. You will receive copies of all invoices and a monthly statement of all payments made.
You are also welcome to the use of Asset Property Management and Rentals' address as a mailbox, so you may be confident about the handling of all your mail in Portugal.
