Particular attention is given to any possible water damage or leakage, humidity levels, interior furnishing condition and vermin detection. All electrical appliances are also checked.
Any concerns, remarks or recommendations immediately communicated to the owner and also recorded in the quarterly report.
Asset are available to prepare the house for you or a guest’s arrival, including a food and drink welcome pack on request.
Asset will supervise and check all work carried out on your behalf. All facilities will be checked out prior to the arrival of the owner and guests.
A further inspection and cleaning, if requested, will be carried out on the departure of each group of guests.
